MOM!

Moms are always there when you need them to be,
The wanted your first words to be "mommy",
They were at sporting event,
and when you lived with them you didn't have to pay rent! :)
When you were hungry they would find you somethign to eat,
Their foundations is string as concrete,
They want you to the best you can be,
All the potential in you they can see.
They want to be there for everything you do
They hope you acomplish everything you pursue.
Mothers are just the ones that bring you here
They are those that you hold in great revere,
Mothers are those that you trust with your life
They are someone that you hold in your heart so sincere.

5 years come and gone
It seems just like yesterday
I didn't think it was possible 
I hate tomorrow and it is only still today
I miss you more now than I did before
I love you, I need you, I want you back
A smile and a wink would fix everything
You are there for everything I do

Grandpa

As I sat on the bed next to you
You told me you loved me, too
You winked at me the whole time
And told me you were going to be just fine
I sat there crying as they took you away
Thinking you'll be back here one day
Then I came to see you
We brought you a balloon
You talked about a Japanese watch dog
But my mind was in a fog
You gave me scare

It was only a few days
And it was as if I was in a maze
I thought only forty-four more

The next thing I know

Missing Her

As I look around
I don't hear a single sound
